Meetings are requested, booked and confirmed prior to the event through your personal delegate login. Each meeting lasts for 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute changeover, and are punctuated by a timer system marking the beginning and end of each meeting.
Additional meetings can be requested onsite with the help of our dedicated meetings team at the Welcome & Meeting Desk.
